I would try to offer 15k.
They won't take it, but its better to start low and work up slowly.
Just drive the fact home that it is a 4.0 and not a 3.7, so it has 100+ hp less than the '11 V6. A lot of times dealers are stupid when it comes to cars, and they assume that the customer is stupid too. I know a year ago there was a Pony Package 3.7 at a lot around here for 20k, brand new.

Since the more powerful 3.7L '11s and '12s came out, the 05-10's can be had for a good price although the dealers will ALWAYS hold out since 75% or more of the car buying public are morons. You can get an '05-'09 GT for the $15-19K range and the V6's for about $2k-$3k less. A '10 isn't worth much more.
