Default GT cams on a v6?

Found a set of GT cams for 75 bucks...
wondering if they would somehow fit/work on my v6?

i know nothing about any of that, lol.

"Offered for sale is a set of original Ford Mustang GT camshafts removed from a V8 4.6L 3V engine out of a Mustang GT with just 8,000 miles. These cams were removed to install a set of comp cams. These cams have been stored in dry storage since removal and are in perfect condition. These would be great for an engine build. $75"

There are SO MANY reasons it won't work.

Thanks, lol.

I've yet to learn anything about cams, and internal engine blah blah blah.

LOL, no problem.

Lets start:
Lesson #1) A GT is a V8 engine. V8 cam wont fit into a V6. V6 has bumps for 6 cylinders. V8 cam of course for 8 cylinders. The V8 cam will therefore be too long and the lobes might not even match up to the lifter rocker arms.
