Is my dealer lieing?
 

i have been having the problem with the gas tank filling slowly and or stopping before full.
my dealer says " their is only 1 single tsb out for your car, and its the throttle body only" i cant help but think they are lieing, i know theirs gotta be at least 1-2 tsbs out...

is the recalls and TSB section not offical?? someone let me know what i can do to get this fixed.

they're either lying or just ignorant. There are several TSB's out on the 05

at the top of the "page", under the site header, we have alot of information on TSBs for our cars. There is one there for your fuel problem.

Regardless, you bought a brand new car and the dealer should fix it whether there is a TSB or not. These guys are getting really lazy.
