I'm just curious because there might be options out there for a mustang GT to go 11's....

You can get all of the parts we put on the car for under $8K, however, without having to "pay" shop labor rates on installation, we saved a ton there. If you were to have a shop install this entire setup for you, you can expect to pay $10-12K, depending upon your local labor rates. That's still cheaper than GT with most options

As much as I'd love to pull away harder from these quite fast V6's I'm going to have to hold off until my '07 is paid off. I'll be seeing you in a year or two!
Yes, there were some 3V owners at the track who were pretty shocked when we went 11s. It's definitely cool to see a new V6 throw down with the big boys of yesteryear!
Let us know when you're ready, cause we all know more and more v6s are going to be doing this!
The stall speed is 4K-4200 RPM. The Torque Converter is the Circle D 6r80 Pro Series Stage3.
thats weird it ran like a 12.5 before that roughly right? I figure a stall that big would of dropped more than the 11.9 it ran still crazy times though.

Normally a modification like a TQ converter is done after the car is completely lightened and has had its power increased to max output. Ours is still full weight and slightly underpowered compared to where it could be HP wise. I definitely do think it will have a more significant impact when the car is lightened and muscles up a bit!
Regardless, it launches like a bat out of hell, now!

Thanks, we're glad you like it! We can't wait to see what it still has in it!
Our next trip to the track will hopefully set the bar even higher(or lower, I guess) for all the 2011 V6s out there!
