I have full power seats in my BMW and they do take forever to move all the way forward. I also have memory seating and have never used it. Not even sure how to use it. The telescoping steering wheel is nice. I also like the automatic wipers and head light settings. I wish the Mustangs would not have an antenna and just have a bmw shark fin style like every other car has.

Things like automatic headlights though, imo, are not needed. I don't want TOO much luxury in my Mustang.

TBH, I wish this car had an exhaust note like the 2v or 4v 4.6. lol.

Under the hood, the battery and the brake fluid compartments are not insulated from the engine heat, which is extremely hot with the 5.0. Yes, I know the battery has a wrap around insulation, but that's not the same as on my G35 which has the whole battery insulated including the top of the battery. And the brake fluid is insulated also similar to the battery. Little details do count.

Ventilated seats would've been nice. I think it was going to be an option on our cars but they decided to pull the plug at the last minute, hence the dead buttons underneath the heated ones.

I would like more informative gages. I know Ford went with the "retro" look, and it's nice to have the four importaint gages between the speedo & tach, but a proper performance car needs more than just H and L as indicators. I know that warning lights back up the gages, but a real temp gage with temperature graduations would be nice, a battery charge voltmeter with a low of 10 and a high of, say 20 volts....etc.

just my $0.02

Accually, the Boss gage pod as an option on all models would do nicely...

I have auto tranny. The Mustang shifter is very old fashion. Modern shifter, especially with the likes of our car, has a separate gate for manual shifting up and down, and this would avoid any miss-shift of gears. It is very easy to miss a gear with the current auto tranny which is based on the '60 shift pattern!

Those transmissions are more expensive than an entire brand new Mustang. Thats why they waste their time with them.
The paddle shifters on anything but those F1's and really high end sports cars are nothing more than a novelty. Like someone else said, "it was fun...for about 15 min". Takes about that long to realize they are really nothing special.
