Oh I guess I misread. There are some people that are racist etc etc. But there are a TON of people that play the racecard over evrrything. The reason they couldn't pin a hate crime on me is becauae about 20+ of my friend and my beat friend are black so yea they couldn't say I'm racist. If you have proof he's racist then kick his *** lol. I dont mind people saying its racist when it is. I mind people tgat say it over everything with no proof

I agree completely. I never said I it was a hate crime, just that it is possible (with the evidence, and circumstances present) that it could be a motive.

The fact that you got in trouble for a hate crime is pretty unfair, but yeah unfortunately there are people in this world who use that to their advantage. Almost like a "race card", it is sad because they then give people like AK_kayaker a reason to disagree with a law that was made with the best of intentions...
