Default 2006 mustang gt fuel pressure question

I am still fighting a hesitation at mid throttle in my Roush supercharged mustang.

Today I was doing some datalogging with my sct and I noticed that

under most any kind of load I would see the fuel pressure drop to as low as 30psi.( this would happen at mid throttle or wide open,)

and the fuel pump voltage would climb from about 8 volts to about 10.5 volts but I never saw it hit 12 volts.

anyone ever watch thier fuel pressure and pump voltage?

I am thinking it may be the fuel pump module, but how do I check it?

If you don't know a lot about superchargers and have not had experience working on the car (I.E. a supercharged car)
yourself... I would take it somewhere to get it looked at.

Superchargers are something you don't want to mess with and cause a problem with.
Any little issue can turn into a big problem and sometimes it's best to leave it to the pros to poke and prod at it.

I have spent $500 at the Por's. No luck there. I have found just the opposite. if you really want it done right you have to do it yourself.
I have a little experiance with SC. and I have another mustang that i put a SC on a couple years ago. My learing curve right now is trying to use this SCT for which I am new to. and the 2006 mustang I am not sure what the values are supposed to be yet.

no information was given about the tune, so my first suspicion
is it's a tune issue, then the second is maybe a vacuum leak.

i know with my setup 30psi at WOT would not be right, i see at
least 39psi when going WOT. my car idles and cruises at 30psi
fuel pressure.

i see this with a fuel pressure gauge, i have not watched it with
sct livelink datalogging.

When was the last time you changed your fuel filter?

Well , fule pressure is not my problem either. The sct reading is wrong because the SC puts Pressure on the vacum line. When I unhooked the vacum line from the sensor the readings where fine, I double checked them with a manual guage.

Back to the Drawing board.

Since I put the SC on I have had many tunes sent by BAMA after a lot of dataloggin for them, and no help.
I took it to a local tuner who spent 2 days with it. Theny helped it a little, but the hesitation spot is still there ( that was $500 down the toilet )
I have spent time on the phone with mike from Roush, he is puzzled.

The best of the Best have not been able to help, so now I am pulling this SC off this weekend and going back stock for a while.
I will probably buy my brothers paxton 2200 and try it.
