Ford X plan?

I was wondering what is this X plan? My father is looking at either getting a 2011 f150 Raptor, or a 2012 Cali. Special. Went to the dealer the other day and the MSRP on the Cali special is $38k and they arent budging. What would the x plan pricing be, or how do I even get the x plan for that matter? Any help would be great, also PM me if you have any info you dont want to share on here.

Thanks

You need to have worked, or be working for FMC to get X-plan pricing. If I were you I'd join mustang club of america or something like that and get their group pricing discount, forget what plan they are.

X plan is obviously the best plan if possible but since I don't believe you or your dad works for Ford, then that's probably not going to pan out :p

I second that, join the Mustang Club of America and there you will get a pin number for the X plan. Another way also too is to buy Ford stock. I heard they will give you the pin. I got my x plan through my company that I work for on the weekends. Took a few grand off my 11 GT.

you dont have to work for FMC. your company can make products for ford as well. my dad works for dow chemical and therefore gets xplan pricing

I just read that if you are a Ford stock shareholder, you are eligible for an Xplan pin number. I have a pretty large amount in Ford so all I need to do is contact Shareholder services and request a "PIN request form" and I will be able to get a PIN and the x plan pricing. Hopefully this works, if anyone has any tips or would like to share info on it that would be great.

My apologies for my misinformation :) Man that makes me want to go buy some FMC stock just to get xplan on future vehicles lol. Wish I had known about that.

Believe it or not thats what people were actually doing. Literally buying 1 share and getting the x plan lol. Ford caught on and made it that you need a minimum of 100 shares in your possession for atleast 6 months. I have had the stock for years and over 100 shares, so I actually lucked out.

There are also Ford forums on here where people actually give eachother PIN numbers to use. Its basically cheating the system, but hey people are doing it and it works and save thousands.
