Default Trimbrite - Any one tried this?

Trimbrite-Carbon-fiber-pattern-adhesive-film

Has anyone tried this? Thinking about using it for hood spears, to get an idea before anything more drastic.

This would be a 2011 V6 Kona Blue MCA

My dad used that to make some door-sill scuff protectors for my sister's new Jetta. Basically just inside the door openings where ladies tend to bump their heels and such. From what he said, it went on pretty easily. Actually looked pretty good too. I would have believed it was there from the factory...

That's just a fancy name for vinyl.
Many people use vinyl for stripes so that would wok fine.
