Default Whats missing here ?? 2011 v6

I just got my car back from the repair shop 3 days ago and I pop the hood to check the oil and notice this. WTF is missing here?

Since i've gotten it back ive gotten substantially less mpg.

I also have the p0000 , P0171 and P0174.

The 71 and 74 mean its running too lean, the first I have no clue about.

I just googled a pic of a v6 engine. I see that hole in the pic so me thinks its supposed to be there.

sounds good to me, I just took a look at your codes, the p0000 is supposed to mean there is no code. but the 71 and 74 codes could be anything from your MAF to your fuel components, air related stuff... so I am thinking look around for anything loose. check your wires, check the hoses going into the crank case. it could be a vacuum leak, clogged fuel filter, dirty or jammed MAF.

What's the risk in driving it without the plug there?

umm yeah we pretty much got to that conclusion last night. its why I recommended to check your hoses make sure none of them got knocked loose during the oil change.

=\ I didn't see that you edited your post. I will check those connections. MAF sensor is snug.

Update,
So I went out on my lunch break and check all the hoses. every thing seems snug. the air filter on my JLT intake seems dry. Time to clean it and re-oil it. So after checking everything I decided to load a bama street tune. After I loaded it I tried to start the car and it was chokeing. Before I reprogrammed it I let the car run for 2-3 minutes just listening to the engine. Sounded fine. I will try to reprogram back to stock when I get off at 3:30 CST.

theres a tune involved? I hate tuners, everytime I see a problem with these cars on here its tuner related.
