Pretty much by definition, a rusty 1960's Mustang is NOT a car in good shape.
In the "Pro-Touring" world, $30k is a cheap build. Don't want to even think what a trophy-level restoration might run.

well its a good deal for someone who doesnt have the time, skill or money to restore a rusted out shell.
