Default Cervini painted products good?

What's up guys, going to place an order for a new hood and side scoops from Cervini's. I am really digging the 2 1/2 inch cowl hood and the side scoops. I know they offer prepainted parts, does anyone know if their prepainted parts are good? I'm afraid if I get the non painted parts, I will end up paying more to get them painted.

Their pre-painted parts are good, based on my experience so far...
Nice gloss and little orange peel makes it a better quality than OEM.

I can't recall how much they charge for the painting but if you have a local shop doing a hood for you, expect to pay a minimum of $600 nowadays (including the underside).

I've heard nothing but good things about Cervini's....just make sure when you're asking about their pricing, you get a quote for both the top and the bottom.

I have the cervinis type iv. the body shop I took it to said it was a pleasure to work with.

How long have you had your car? If its been any kind of time, you may want to have it done by a shop because the shop can match paint perfectly instead of just copying the code. Cervinis uses the same formula ford used, but that doesnt account for variation between batches, sun exposure, aging, etc.

I believe all of Cervinis painted hoods have a black finish underneath.

I got my Ram Air Hood from them. It was $524 for the hood, $299 to paint the top and $200 to paint the bottom(which I should have done, I don't like the stock black), then $175 for freight shipping to MD. Paint looked great and matched perfectly. They did forget the tubing for the windshield washer nozzels.

I have their concept hood and I paid 650 to have the hood prepped and painted on the top and bottom. Good product and I am very happy. I did get their black painted type 3 front splitter recently. Very happy with that. Easy bolt on that made a nice difference. Boogie

I have a Cervini's 2.5in cowl that I bought secondhand but was originally painted by Cervini's. Besides being the wrong color, it looks great. Heard nothing but good about them
