I was actually just trying to understand your statement
"but theres nothing similar about the prestige of that 5.0 badge and the difference in power..."

But it's all cool

I like the 05-09 Mustangs, there's nothing wrong with them and I don't think my car is dat ****.

I was just trying to understand the topic, I guess...if that makes any sense. Not brag that my car is better than anyone else's.

There. That's what I meant, lol.

Well in my experiences in Colorado... Everyone tried to mess with most stangs on the road because they all thought they could beat them. And generally all the evos and stis and many fast ricers could. So when my buddy and I rolled out in our new 5.0s they thought the same things. His was black brembo mine was well check the sig, it was faster than his. So everyone thought we were slow, well we proved them wrong everytime one came up on us pretty much.

So now people in Colorado Springs look out for the new 5.0s because they are "dirty fast" haha. We started bringing the respect back to the muscle cars which was good. Sadly my 11 GT is now totaled, but I will get another someday. Long live the 5.0 haha.

I got it ... So you are a 05-09 hater and 5.0 elitist who thinks his car is da bomb.....

Awesome!!! Now I understand... (of course I jest)

Thanks for explaining.... I think.

Now I can sleep at night... By the way your car is awesome looking!!!

I don't even get too many people challenging me in my stang. :/
Only had like 2 stoplight runs since I got the car...
(One was a new model Camaro SS, needless to say I was crushed.)

I've seen 4-5 5.0's here in Omaha, but they always drive the speed limit,
always older gents.

I sometimes hang out with some folks who have older Fox Bodies and Terminator Cobra's. We kind of just talk shop here and there, but when I go into Baltimore City, forget t everyone hears me coming with the cat back system and it isn't so much Camaro's who want a piece, or other stangs as much as it is the ricers. Tons of Civics worked up all wanna run, and #1 I would do it if it wasn't Baltimore City, and #2 I have too much respect for my suspension. if you live or even drive in baltimore, MD you know what i am talking about.

I do not spin tires though... while I can afford it, I am not going to just rip rubber just to give someone a good feeling moment. if they are that excited about seeing a mustang, they should go buy one of their own and get on it.

I mean i give my car a workout, but it is on my TERMS. But I do get a lot of compliments, especially with the Black Paint, Black Interior and 13% tint, plus the exhaust work and what not.

[QUOTE=aaquib1992;7736222]Very true, my mistake. But they are within the year range I stated lol. I believe the GT500s were 08 and 09 only? Not too sure on that.
QUOTE]

07-09 for GT500's then new body style versions..
