I am torn here.... I want the AeroForce Dual Interceptor Gauge Package but I would also like to get a Painted Hood.... I can only afford one of them right now. Which would you select first?

if you haven't done this already, i would get a CAI/tune and exhaust.

for your options above, i would go with the hood.
unless there are mods that need to have gauges like a SC/turbo/N2O, otherwise go with the hood.
hood is more noticeable to others, makes more of an impact.

+1 for the hood or CAI/tune and exhaust. Getting extra gauges if you don't have the need it pointless.

I have to work on a sig tonight. I have C&L CAI with Bama 93 Racing Tune and Magnaflow Comp Cat Back Exhaust. I am ordering the Boss Intake with Strut Bar, BBK Ceramic Headers, BBK X-Pipe and either Hood or Gauges. I am ordering tomorrow after a few opinions on the Hood vs Gauges... I am leaning towards hood because of the reasons you give.

On the '11s I personally like the Trufiber 3 in. cowl hood. To me PERSONALLY, I think it looks better than the Cervini cowl. I also like their venom hood. Check em out. They do not offer pre painted though.

I do really like the Venom hood. I'd have to see cost for a shop to paint it.
