Do the rear seats in the 2011 fold down?
This may be a dumb question, but do the rear seats fold down in the 2011-2012 Mustangs?

Definitely not a silly question.
2011-2012 Mustang Coupes have split-folding rear seats, while the rear seat is fixed in Convertibles to allow for storage of the top.

Yes.
And I'll bet you want to know how to do that.
There may be two release methods depending on when the car was made.
My 2011 has pull loops that were hidden under the seat belts at the top of the seat back.

Yep. I get funny looks at home depot when loading molding and long items into the trunk. Looks like a magic trick from the side
