Default What new rims should I get for my Mustang?

I've got a 2006 Blue V6 Mustang. Performance is not my concern really. I am not out to race this car, and I really am driving on some pretty smooth roads and not commuting very far. Looks is what I'm going for right now, so I'm considering 20" Shelby Razors. I've seen smaller sizes and they just don't look as good in my opinion. I've seen a lot of Stangs with 20" Razors.

I do have a few concerns though. I would like to know how 20s will perform and if they will shake at high speeds. I don't want to get rims that will give me a lot of trouble if I am on the freeway. As well, if I do go with them I don't know whether to pick the gunmetal or the chrome. Advice?

Here's a pic of the chrome 20s: http://forums.themustangsource.com/a...-r1-05-20a.jpg

And here's a pic of the gun metal 20s: http://media.photobucket.com/image/M...DTPDynoday.jpg

Have you seen the Vertini Magic wheel in a 20" it is an awesome looking wheel, not too many Mustangs have them, Joe (Melloyellow) got a set for SEMA and they look awesome on a mustang, they are concave so they look amazing, dare to be different

I too have a blue mustang and debated for a while about which wheels to get. Then one day I was driving in an office parking lot and saw another blue mustang that made me stop. Me in my head "Wait what wheels are those, they look fugging great on that blue stang". I got closer, realized they were the 2010 black/machined GT500 wheels. Then I saw Franchi's car here on the board and I was SOLD!. Went with 18's and could not be happier. Good luck in your search.

I realy like my 20" deep dish rims, I dont think they sell them anymore. Making them even more rare.

Damn that's a slick looking wheel.

OP a ton of people have shelby razors in your area? Why would you want to look just like them? Tons of wheel choices out there in all shapes and sizes and largely depends on your budget. What kind of money are you looking to drop on wheels? Keep in mind, the rubber to wrap 'em ain't cheap if it's anything bigger than 17s.

Those vertinis are real nice but wayyy to pricey for me.

IMO, tho the vertinis and that style are real nice, the only way to go on an 05-09 s197 is bullies.
