Destroy your alternator pulley bearing, or an accessory belt bearing. That'll whine all day. Just make sure when you pull up next to a GT500 or a ZR1, you'll lose...

All jokes aside, I just changed my cabin air filter to a K&N one...I heard a whine when driving from light to light, its definitely no SC whine, but I didn't buy it for sound, lol.
From what I'm reading on AM's site, I see that a lot of people hear the whine from a CAI Kit...but again....its absolutely minimal....
