Aluminium flywheel is lighter which means less parasitic loss. I would go with the light weight flywheel.

Yeah, I kinda had that question too. So I'll be looking on this thread and check the linked threads too. I think I may have a bit more power than the OP, so any input on issues that might come up at 500+ RWHP would be appreciated.

People like to argue the extra mass of the steel helps get out of the hole. I have not seen any real world results of this. Aluminum is just as strong. Its lighter. Takes less energy to spin. Seems obvious to me but people will disagree.

Whatever you get, get something that matches your clutch.

If you are going to replace the entire clutch, PM Sactown, he has an RST for sale.

In the same realm that an aluminum DS equals less rotational mass, so would an aluminum fly wheel. Every little bit helps.

Well i already got a clutch installed this summer. but liek a dumbass i did not replace the slave/throwout....So of course after my DD went out of commission , i was forced to drive teh stang and teh throw out bears stb. Not sure if i am gonna need a new clutch set, but will probably buy a new one anyways .. Im replacing everything in there.. Costly but i want it right. Gonna go with the RAM HDX again . I like it.
