Tinting Taillights

I have used it and they can come out nice or they can come out like garbage. Depends on how much time you have but I would just take them to a body shop and have them spray them for you. Thats what I did for my last set.
If you are stuck on doing them yourself then take them off and lightly sand them with 1200 grit sandpaper, clean with rubbing alcohol, do 2-4 lite coats of VHT depending on how dark you want, then wet sand them with 1500 grit sandpaper and finally get some scratch x polish and buff them out and after all those steps they should be a mirror finish.

I was at advanced auto parts today and I saw that they had the nite shade there (I was pretty surprised lol). So I just picked up a can.
So do I wet sand after I apply all of the coats? And Do I apply clear coat then polish, or polish then clear coat?
Thanks

Apply the coats after the initial sanding. Apply the coats one after another. No work is needed between the coats unless you have a major screw up like a run or a piece of garbage that lands on it (then you might need to wet sand). And after the clear coat you can wet send and polish.
