Default What do you think?

I am thinking of switching out the boring GT faux cap with this one. Any thoughts?

personally, I feel it is a bit misleading and a bit poser'ish. I'd keep the snake off of your ride.

your car, your call, just saying what a lot of people will think! :]

While it does look cool, that would make your GT a fauxbra. & I love the GT cap.. especially on the 2010+

I am not sold on the GT cap.... Wish they would have had a 5.0 or something else on the back... soooooo I added the Boss intake to my car so does that make me a poser Not sure what I am going to do but like to hear opinions on it. I was kinda thinking by just adding the snake was ok since it wasn't the GT500.

Don't do it. Seriously, people will be very unhappy if they see a cobra on a regular GT. It's like if an Accord puts a GTR sticker on it's bumper, or if a cobalt had a 3 stage 2-foot-tall spoiler.

I see! No one like the idea yet... I pretty sure I'm not doing it anyways but I thought looked cool. Guess I should have just bought a GT500....

Nah, just build up your GT. Make it yours. As cool as a Shelby is, making your car YOUR car is even cooler.

Hey man, it's your car. Do what you like

Personally, I don't like the appearance of this particular cobra and I think if you really liked it very much, you wouldnt be asking us regardless of the conversation about misleading folks. I dont know if its the red or the angle of his head, but something for me is a little off.

And maybe this is noise in the picture, but at the 3 o'clock position is looks like there's some light vertical scratching almost as if its been sandpapered a bit.

If you had a GT500 or Cobra, I would say yes. If not, then it will be considered misbadging. I say PASS........
