2010stanger

hi! im hearing a weird noise almost sounds like something flapping in the wind coming from what seems to be under car not sure if its front or back as soon as i put it in 5th gear for first time after starting car. Engine is running normal temp, im thinking maybe the tranny since it only happens when i first put it in 5th and then after a few minutes no noise! does anybody know what it could be
