Default Latest track vids of the boss

Went to the road course again weekend before last, had a blast thought I would share a couple videos I shot. this was the first day on my new bridgestone potenza s-04 pole position tires, great track/street tires if anyone is shopping.

nice runs, on that 2nd recording you can see as you do more laps you are getting more confident and grounded in the car's 'Feel' and physics. Alot more tire bark as you push the limits towards the rear of the recording - good stuff! Wish we had something like this here - I swear it's still on my bucket list to open in the N ATL Metro area.. (Andretti's who???)

I didn't catch what was being said when you hit pit for a minute, something about someone's bar was broken or hanging? (Muffler holding bar?)

i had a passenger in the car and his had was on the window sill for bracing and they black flagged us. i was saying i thought the car broke and all they wanted was to tell him to keep hands in the car. As for speeding up towards the end of the video, it was cool and i wanted to be sure the tires were warm and i was having some brake fade. those straights are in the 120-125mph range.

Awesome. I haven't had a car on track in a long time, so this brings back a lot of good memories.

yep, having a blast with it. i was bored with my 10 by this time, I'm still itching to get in the boss everyday. I've got 12.5k on the odo now, on my second set of tires, and it needs a third set of brake pads. a few hundred of those miles are track work too.

I love track vids, especially from those who are able to get out there in the middle of winter. Dude, love the high revs...you keep going past the point where I think you're gonna shift...and keep going. That baby screams.

glad to see you were having fun and using your car for what it was built for! I enjoyed the vids, thanks for posting.

do you think some upgraded stainless brake cables and a fluid swap would help with the brake fade?
