Hi all,

So I am doing some maint, first time on this car. I bought an air filter from Advanced, a spectre air filter. The website stated it fit the car. It seems the exact size too, however when I install it my cover does not snap down. It seems to cover it just find and it doesn't look like anything in the way. Is it the wrong size? Has anyone had bad experience with spectre filters.

I even compared the two filters in size and the filter was exact dimensions, the spectre did have more rubber outline but the cover went over it fine....Does it matter if it does not clip down? Doesn't seem like it would fly off haha. Or can anyone else recommend a brand that they have used and its fits 100%.
