I made sure I'd be content with the built in head unit.. once I saw the interior and how much of a bitch it would be to change it out, I knew I'd have to love it or pay out the *** to change it up! just about every other car can change it up with a little single/doubledin kit for 40$

this looks like a well done kit.

When I bought the scosche kit, I ended up paying almost $440 on the kit, hardness, and antenna adapter. It doesn't include the steering wheel harness i'm going to have to buy then I get it installed tomorrow. I thought I was going to spend about $1000 on the sound system but ended up throwing down close to $2000. I bought new speakers, a nice double din, and a rear view camera kit. I don't know if I need an amp for the car but that will add on top of the parts I already spent. I figured, if your going to pay to get your interior striped to have wires run, you might as well do it all at the same time.

Remember, your going to spend more time seeing and hearing your car from within, you might as well make what you look at the most look and function PUUUUURTY =)

Well since you're going with the Scosche kit, it may run you around $600. I went with the Metra kit and all the quotes I got were around $500. And you'll need the antenna adapter and the harness. If your steering wheel has volume controls, you'll need a steering wheel harness. I paid $475 total for mine.
