HD radio and Ipod control?
 

I just got a 2011 and I would like to be able to control the music from my ipod, and i would also like to be able to use HD radio. Anyone know if there is a way to integrate HD radio and ipod control into the stock ford sync setup?

You should be able to plug the iPod in via a USB cable in the center console and control it with Sync. I'm not sure about the HD radio as mine doesn't have it. Mine had the free trial of satellite radio.

Do you have a base model (no Sync) or Premium w/Sync?

Still not sure how to get HD radio onto this car. Ive adapted to controlling my ipod music by the headunit instead of the ipod and it seems ok.

I had an aftermarket head unit on my 03 mustang and HD radio was great , I would definatly like to somehow integrate hd radio into this car.

is HD radio still out there? Haven't heard anything about it in years.

EDIT: huh... wikipedia says that FoMoCo made HD radio tuners standard for all models in 2011. Back to the owner's manual!

Only the EP Nav has HD Radio.
