is the space big enough?
going to buy some 18' rims with tires on them.
just got my mustang, not sure if the trunk is big enough.
anyone has some experience on this?
Edit: Wait, I missed the whole "tires on them" part. You might be lucky to get one of them in depending on tire size. I was able to get one in the other day - 275/35-18 Hoosier racing slick on an 18x9 - but 3 more had to go in the cabin. On the other hand, my 295/35-18 will not fit. The problem is the clearance area getting them in. I gutted my trunk and, suprisingly, there is a lot of room back there even with a large water-meth tank and pump mounted. 2 wheels by themselves might fit depending on size, but with tires mounted, no go. Just one.

Reason: Should've read the entire first post lol
My 18's with 275/40's on them only fit 2 in the trunk, then had to pop the back seat down with some blankets and ride slow so they didnt slide forward and hit my front seats.
My advice: Find a friend with a truck and bring 2-3 blankets to haul them or just haul them 2 at a time.
been there and done that... had one in the trunk with 275/35zr18 then the other 3 were by me... two in the back seat and one uncomfortably in the passenger seat
