Default Tune.

I was wondering if a tune requires a lot of mods, because from what i know a tune is to help all your mods work together right.Right now all I have is a CAI.

A tune just requires you to have the tuner and someone to write the tune. They make a car, it makes a world of difference.

They are great even on a stock or nearly stock car. Especially if the car is a automatic

Depending on the mod you might need a retune. Just putting on axlebacks wont require one. If you put a set of LTs the tune would have to be adjusted. Many places will make the changes for free so that isnt an issue.

What other mods do you have in mind?

If you get one with a "tunes for life" thing, you should be all set for any bolt-on mods. I have the Ford Racing CAI and SCT SF3 tumer from American Muscle. When I add or change, I email them and they send me new tune files to upload into the car. It's pretty dang easy.

The tune itself, even on a stock setup, makes a pretty big difference.
