Default Lowering Springs..

Debating on going with Eibach or Roush..

I'm ONLY dropping the rear because of the driveways and curbs in Omaha.

Roush gives a 1" drop...Eibach at 1.4,

which should I go with? Which would look better and even it out with my front?

Also,
what all do I need for the install? or are they direct bolt-up type?

To install rear lowering springs you need tools to remove your wheels, swaybar and a jack w/ jackstands. Possibly unbolt your shocks at the bottom only. Thats all

Does Roush make lowering spring for V6? or it fits both V6 and GT?

I found that Eibach, FRPP make different kits for them, but H&R kits fit both. So i'm not sure about Roush ones. And you might want to do the shocks at the same time.

+1 on the shocks. Good planning equals less work repeated

I'd go with the Roush if you are just doing the rear. Dropping it 1.4 in the back will make it tail dragger status. The Roush springs pretty much make them dead even with the front.

+1^^

I agree with Eddie...if you're only planning to lower the rear, go with the Roush springs. The eibachs will make the rear sit lower....and I'm sure you don't want that.

I agree, go with the roush if you're just doing the rear. Although, I'm wondering what the ride quality will be like if you're only doing the rear. May seem weird just having stiffer springs in the back with the fronts being stock? You may also want to get an adjustable pan hard bar to get the wheels centered. Probably not a big deal with just a 1 inch drop.

I doubt he will have an issue with the axle being off centered lowering the back 1 inch, also he doesn't have wide tires. When I had 255's I dropped it 1.4 in the back and you can barely tell it shifted if at all with the stock PHB.
