Steed under drive puleyes
I have mustang GT 2005 Auto.
i know this might be discussed before. but am getting confused what torque should use on the bolt for the Crank pulley !
American muscles site mentioned that i have to torque it to 115 lbs/ft - i found 2 at less comments mentioned that they used that number to torque it- while i see other forums that recommend to use the factory spec like this :
torque to 66 lb-ft
Step 2) loosen bolt 1 full turn
Step 3) torque to 37 lb-ft
Step 4) tighten bolt an additional 90 degrees
now which one is better ? i already send these people at Steeda the same Q on their site at Facebook and on the website but no response !
sorry for my weak English and thanks in advance
