Need some help..
So I haven't been on here in awhile...but yesterday I was taking my car out to go fill up, I was on empty. I was literally a block away from my house, car went into failsafe engine mode, the car stalled and wouldn't crank back up.
Had my step father bring the battery from our other car as I thought it might have been the battery since mine was going bad and also had him bring a gallon of gas....Still nothing. So I got my tuner ran the DTCs and these codes came up: p2105-Forced Engine Shutdown, p0600-Loss of Serial Communication Link, and u0300-Internal Control Module Software Incompatibility...So I tried reflashing it back to stock and it wouldn't even let me do that, it kept saying "load tune failed"....it's at the shop right now but won't be able to be seen until the end of next week.
I'm kinda worried here...the car was in the shop last month because the tranny coolant line busted, the guy who had it before me replaced it with a water hose. So I am a bit frustrated at this point...does anyone have any idea what could be going on? I researched but couldn't find much.

Yep a water hose...I had ATF spewing EVERYWHERE, and it was 2 days before christmas...
So does anyone have an idea of what it could be? I'm thinking it has something to do with the tps/throttle body but if the tps was screwy would that cause issues with the pcm?

The only thing fluid wise I could think of getting in there is the ATF, but thats was about a month ago so would that just start effecting it? And it could be my alternator...The only reason I thought it could be the tps was because it has given me a problem before but then it just went away.

Would the alternator cause other issues, like the tps acting funny or it causing problems with the pcm? I was also thinking my tune could be weird, since the car has gone into failsafe mode before and threw tps codes about a month after I loaded it but went away about 5 minutes later...so idk? Really confusing...
