What is the Torque spec on the exhaust header bolts?
Ha, torque specs. Trust me, once you try tightening those bolts you won't want to torque them, and I bet you couldn't even fit the ratchet in there to check half of them.

4+ hours....lol...that's funny! Took me with help an entire weekend.
13mm flex head ratcheting box wrench and gloves are a must. It's a $15 tool at sears...go buy it now. Getting a ratchet on some of the header nuts is nearly impossible.

You don't even know. Like 808, it took me a weekend with my dad, brother, and a friend helping. Also, some bolts have just enough room for a wrench, so it would be quite the trick to fit anything with a socket on them.

Wink

Don't let them scare ya! I got away with a couple of regular wrenches and a quarter inch drive ratchet with a universal. Not really that bad of an install, just take the stuff out like i told you about, give you alot more room to get at things.

Its not a hard job. I hit all the bolts with liquid wrench which helped alot. You have to drop mid pipe. Starter gets unbolted, steering shaft removed and so on Search kook headers on american muscle and print out the instal guide. Thats what i followed to do mine. Like everyone said before get open end flex ratchet wrenechs u will need them. Good luck. If you need help pm me n i will give u my cell number.

Well the headers are in after a 10 hour installation from start to finish. I have done some pretty involved engine pulls and transmission rebuilds but these headers were something else. I started on the Headers Sunday Morning because Saturday I helped pull my brothers transmission out of his s10 pick up and replace the clutch and put a new set of brakes on my fathers car. Come Sunday I was already sore and tired but I wanted to get these done. The car is so much fun to drive and sounds really great, very happy with the results (but getting there sucked). The hardest part about the installation was the rear bolt on the drivers side, it's one of those 1/16 of a turn IF you can get a wrench on it, just a frustrating location.
