Yep my bad, he had Roush for a forum name. He NEEDs to get a custom dyno tune ASAP

I agree thats kind of reckless running 12 psi on a 10 psi tune...

It's hard to believe 2 psi really makes that much difference. I used a bleed valve from a hardware store to jack up the boost on my 86 GN from 12 to 18 psi on the stock chip and never blew it up.

I assume the 4.0 has a knock sensor to retard timing..

Maybe not much difference but that can't be good for the motor because the A/F is tuned for 10 psi and now hes running 12 psi therefor probably really lean due to the car/fuel being tuned for 10psi...
