At the risk of being called OCD...I have this thing about lights. I've got flashlights all over the place in the house. I put LED's in all my computers...heck I have hung ornamental lights off the deck and want to put them permanently in the trees in the yard. My wife thinks I am nuts. What really hooked me on my 2010 over the 06 was the color changing LED's in the cabin.

So now Ford has potentially screwed me BIG time financially. Start watching the video at 2:33 seconds. I dont care if the front nose of this car turns me off. I NEED THIS. I can't begin to describe how obsessed I am with this now.

MyColor is the interior lighting. The video shows the pony projection lighting off of the exterior mirror which is new on the 2013. My 2010 has MyColor which fed my obsession...now I just need new side mirrors with this little trick pony!

Well. I'll put it this way. You'd be better off having a company custom fabricate you a pair of pony projecting mirrors than blow your money on a trade lol.

Hate to say it, but that would have to be the worst reasoning for an upgrade I've ever heard. Just my opinion
