So, for those of you that have the 3D Carbon fascia, and are required by your state of residence to mount a front license plate, where did you mount yours? I already emailed the guy that does the no-drill license plate holders, and he said they wouldn't work with the 3D Carbon fascia.

My first thought is that I would have to mount the license plate in the center of the fascia's grille. It looks like a license plate will fit there...

you can build one yourself out of random things..
saw someone on here that makes and sells them made from PVC...

and are you sure your state requires it to be ON the bumper?
or just visible?
you could place it in your front window..
check the law.

Where the plate is required to be mounted depends on the cop writing the ticket. Some say the dash is okay, some say you gotta have it on the bumper. The actual statute does not specify the location, but merely requires two plates.

I hate crap floating around on top of my dashboard, so it will be mounted on the front fascia somewhere. I just hope it fits vertically in the grille area.
