Did anyone think to see what the dealer wants? Gotta be available for replacement due to damage I would think. Never know until you ask.

This is what I was wondering. Did they suddenly make it not available or something? Heck Ford's the only place I've found to get valve covers for my 94 Ranger. It's well over $200 for a replacement and I refuse to pay that, but it's available.

Checked Fordpart website and found the part number.

9R3Z6350054A

They list it at $2200, for just the roof, judging by the website it will probably be close to $3000 in parts alone

I'll call the dealership near me to see what they say, hopefully better than what I found online.

Saleen and CDC cut the factory roof to install their glass panel and trim. The OEM glass roof uses a different roof section on the assembly line when the body is bucked and welded. The only way to retrofit an OEM is find a junker and cut it out across the A and B pillars. Then weld the entire section to your car. I had thought about doing this to my 2010. I found the entire roof with glass, headliner, screen, etc for $250 on car-parts.com.
