Default Removing Louver Hardware

Well, we had a great wind here this week, and it literally ripped (RIP) my louvers off my back window. I am now left with the hardware still on my window. I need some help with how to go about removing this hardware without hurting my back window. Thanks everyone.

If it is just held on with double stick tape type products, some fishing line will slice under it and then some glue removal type products from there.
