Part of the reason i got the 2011 was because i was done with the 09 look. I dont want to go back to that slab of red plastic lens. I say the youtube they have for these and threw up in my mouth a little
Don't like the slab of red plastic?
Yea, I just threw up a little in my mouth too when I saw eleanor from the rear.
If I bought a 2012, this would be the second mod I do. First would be to paint the skirts and rear valence.

That's slight modification of the '68 Shelby tail light panel. The '68 Shelby used the same taillights (from a '64 Thunderbird), but the bezel was chrome, and separated the lens into four individual light sections. The '67 Shelby used '67 Cougar taillights and the bezel (while chrome) did not separate the light sections. They were also shaped differently.
The configuration of the decklid on the 2010+ mustangs prevents the use of long lights like that (thank god).

Not feeling it, it looks well made don't get me wrong, something about that reverse light being the length of the light itself, that lends (imho) itself to being some sort of Lincoln light, or some sorta luxo light setup..
'13 lights, or stay where I am.. The 10-12 look good to me, but then again I'm not hung up on them having to look like older Stang lighting.. Tinted, they look ***** to me..
