Default Clipers come scary close to hitting rim do I need spacers?

I recently Put 18" polished bullits that came off of shelby GT on Roxanne my 2005 V6 I noticed that the Rims come very close to hitting the front calipers they dont but its scary close like the width of a playing card. Anyone else with a v6 run this setup and did you use spacers or will it be fine the way it is?

I cannot speak to your specific setup, but I would say so long as it doesn't rub you should be fine. I remember the stock calipers and wheels being VERY close to rubbing even on my 2001 Taurus I used to drive.

If it doesn't touch, it never will. You think that's bad? I literally cannot slide a playing card between my front wheel and caliper.

Same here... nothing to worry about.

My friend has those same wheels and put them on his 2008 V6 from a same model year GT and he actually had to buy the small wheel spacers/shims because it was very close and they were rubbing slightly.
