This is one of the best things about the company. Hell, I remember Circuit City charged me $100 (before I knew any better) for a wiring harness. Ridiculous. And the fact that they have step by step instructions with pictures is a huge plus.

I'm just happy that they didn't interrogate me, or make me jump through hoops, or charge me shipping or other fees. They really do stand behind what they sell.

Only bad part about the whole situation is that I have to tear apart my dash again haha

Yes you do but that dash comes apart in minutes. Crutchfield rocks......I first bought from them about 25 years ago. A JVC home stereo reciever which is the work house in my garage. Their customer service is the best.

Well I been looking to purchase door and rear deck speakers cause the stock ones suck. I think I will purchase from crutchfield now just need to figure out what to get.
