Noise on cold start

Noise on cold start
Hey gents-
When I cold start my 4.0 (All mods in sig) and I go to engage my clutch I get a metallic grind/ rattle. It fades out as soon as the engine warms up a touch, and as far as I can tell the noise is coming from behind the driver seat, tho that could be wrong and sometimes sounds like its coming from the front, tho not in the engine itself. Since the noise only occurs immediately after a cold start and when in low RPMS (Usually starting out in first) my theory is that it is either A) a worn out clutch or B) the exhaust system warming up and expanding. There are no CELs or perceivable performance issues, so I'm thinking its just the cats and exhaust warming up, but I figured I should ask just to be sure. Input welcomed.

I had it on cold start at about 1700-1800 RPM, almost to the point of sounding like a ringing but more metallic and aggravating. A little more torque to the axleback clamps did the trick for me. Otherwise, check each heat shield.
