Default Alarm when making hard turns?

A couple days ago I put 2 polished 18" bullits on the drivers side of my car I didnt do the passenger side yet becauase Im painting the rotors and calipers as I go and I took me 3 hours a wheel to grind all the rust off of my rotors and calipers with a wire wheel and then paint them. anyway on the way home from work tonight I got an alarm when I made hard turns 90% anyone know whats going on? I plan on painting my rotors and calipers and putting on the passenger side wheels tomorrow then taking them to a shop to have them balanced and properly remounted with a torque wrench sometime next week

its similar to the door adjar alarm but it only dinged/chimed once not the repetitive 3 or 4 times also the same sound when you have your turn signal on for too long
