yes I would I have the black shelby pins no more hood lift and with the cdc classic chin spoiler it looks great!

I going to get a fiberglass cowl hood but I not a fan of pins in the hoods, I like the smooth look but I am afraid I going to have to get them because of a saftey deal.

If you ask me. I say no, kills the smooth look of the car.

I was beaten to it... dear God do not put shiny chrome hood pins on your car. Black ones!!! If you must do it.

My hood lifts like a **** and I refuse... to put hood pins on. I do not want to mess with the smooth lines of the car and I do not want two shiny things sticking out of my hood. Id rather glue it shut...lol

why dont you ask someone if they can photoshop them on to get a rough idea of how they would look.

I just put the black appearance kit on mines. Still undecided if I actually want functional hood pins, but if I get tired of the look, I can simply take these ones off. Either way, if you go either route I think black will go well with your Stang.

I went the ones in the 1st post & had them base powder coated black.
