Default Headlights (High/Low Beams) on one side not working

I just purchased a used 2008 Mustang GT, and the headlights on the right side are not working (high/low beams). Looking at the wiring it has two different connectors, tested the last one before it branches off into both bulbs for high and low and it was at 11.4 Volts. What's the best way to continue to diagnose the issue and fix the problem? Any suggestions will be much appreciated. TIA.
