For the window issue, there is a way to "re-calibrate" the window travel. Probably in the manual but here: http://forums.themustangsource.com/f...orking-499445/ the procedure is listed as windows down (continue to hold down switch for 2 seconds) then windows up (continue to hold switch up for 2 seconds).

Any water in the floor of the passenger side???? Possible leak hitting the PCM?

Thanks for the compliment on the cams.

I guess it is hard to hear the low idle/stumble for the first second or two after starting...
