Be sure to confirm that it's not a replaceable component on the SJB or that it's something on the SJB to begin with. And while you're looking at it, try to see if you have any evidence of a prior water leak by checking under the carpet.
I just checked, theres no evidence whatsoever of water leak, no corrosion and no water streaks or any damage on the wall or carpet. I live in an area with little waterfall, and the car was garaged most of its life, so im pretty sure this isnt it. Thank you for the suggestion though!

Do you have a tuner to datalog? The voltage will vary, it shouldn't make it past 14.2v however. The SJB, etc, can go bad without any condensation issue. If it's eminating from there, it's likely a relay you're hearing. Check and clean ALL grounds first. Relatively easy, and cheap. SJB and PCM grounds especially.

So essentially after finding out my fuses were black on the tips, and the clicking noise (which sounded like a relay going crazy) i figured it had to be electrical.

had the battery load tested and was pulling 14.6 volts at idle which meant battery should have been fine.
I ripped open the panel with the fuses and the 1 relay below the SJB and found out that 1 relay is the "accessory relay" meaning ac/radio/ etc.... and since the problem wasnt really occurring with the relay it had to be electrial in general as that relay was fine.

It then dawned on me i changed out the alternator about 6 months ago

I went to rip out the alternator and low and behold....

upon further inspection....

so yea, figured the regulator was bad on my alternator, and that's why the relay was ticking on and off so much, especially when i as accelerating on the highway, as the regulator was bad and feeding too much electricity to my electrical system. Ripped off the alternator, got a (free) replacement and everything seems to be in order. The **** that was scary, was i only drove my car for maybe 60 seconds to park it in my driveway to rip the alt out, and it was VERY hot. Like i couldn't even touch any of it hot. Extremely lucky it didn't catch fire or the connection to my battery didn't melt/weld as it looked like it was about to.

Thanks again everyone for your suggestions, hopefully this will help someone out down the line with the same problem!!!

Good to hear you got it solved.
Luckily, it sounds like everything is good aside from the B+ connector there. I'd still go over the rest of the main harness to make sure though.
