Wow.. 3 performance cars in less than 5 years, that must be nice!

I was gonna ask the same, how was a 370Z? Not interested in one, just wondering why you hated it?

Grats on the GT500!

Well if you ask me, the GT-R would destroy more than half of the Mustangs on here in the quarter and nearly all of them on the track so...

Better than I thought.

If the business deal that I'm working on goes through, I might buy one in a year or two.

Yeah, especially the new '12 GT-R... such an amazing track machine. It's #9 on Top Gear's all time fastest track times, and they do supercars too. By comparison, the 2007 GT500 is around 120-130 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Top_Gear_test_track

Congrats on the new ride... but care to elaborate why you dislike the 370Z so much? Lack of power? (350hp/276tq, why such low torque!)
I drove a couple '06 350's and they were pretty damn fun,I really like the small roadster feel, yet being far more substantial than a miata or S2000.

Comparing the Nissan GT-R to any other Nissan is like comparing the Lexus LFA to any other Lexus.

Hahaha thanks for the hate/love! I'm used to it, I've always gone through cars quickly. I'm on a never ending search for the perfect car -- friends give me crap all the time. The 2011 Mustang GT that I had was the first car I ever regretted selling and wanted back, so I think the GT500 is going to be a keeper!

I found a dealership in San Francisco that is selling GT500's for MSRP, they have a few left last time I asked.

The only complaints about the Nismo 370z is the visibility is TERRIBLE. It's scary changing lanes when you have such a large blindspot. Only other problem is, no real low-end torque. I love the low grunt.

Definitely posting pics as soon as it comes in!

Congrats! And this time, keep the GT500 Unless you got like over $100,000 to spend on a car, I think you'll be quite satisfied ^.^ Over 600 HP is ummm..AMAZING!
