Remove the BBK and put the OEM TB back on.
Wrench gone, problem solved.
Yet another "I put a BBK TB on and now I have DTCs" post.

Third time...

Did you follow the troubleshooting instructions on the last page, requiring you to use a digital multimeter to verify the voltage, possibly recalibrating it?!

Get a ported one. That will help, instead of those BBK ones. They'll work find if you know what's happening but not for an average guy or gal.

Sounds like your voltage is the issue now, only way to fix this is with the digital multimeter... they are pretty cheap, definitely a good thing to have. Once you get the voltage in the range it needs to be disconnect your battery to clear out the code again. Should be fixed after that (hopefully).

edit: according to the bbk how to provided on AM website you don't have to disconnect the battery once you fix the voltage you can just turn the key on and off 4 times and it will perform a "self check" . Keep us posted

Here is one $15, pretty much the same one I have

Although if you don't know how to use it or what you are trying to do it may be best to get someone who does know what they doing...
