Went into the parts store today, came out and seen this nice dent in the quarter panel. Anyone know if this can be fixed easy or will it spend time in the body shop?

I cannot tell from the pic whether the paint is damaged. If it is not, then see a paintless dent repair shop. They should be able to pull it without damaging the paint.

Dentless body repair place or I've heard of a heat gung and can of compressed air (used on electroics) to pop them out. Look it up on Youtube. Never tried it myself though.

looks like you could get some paintless dent repair performed fairly easily in that location. there may be a little surface damage - I can't tell from the picture. pretty much, if your finger nail can get caught in the scratch, it can't be buffed out all the way and may need a lil paint repair work.

No paint damage. Just washed it and went to buy some wax and this happens.

sorry - sucks. try to park further away if you can. glad there is no paint damage - this will be an easy and inexpensive fix. my local PDR guy does dent removal days and dings like this run 25 $ a pop.

Well I am going to try the heat gun and compressed air. I'll keep you posted.

that sux Im super paranoid about that and hail #1 rule for paking your mustang in a public place park as far away from other cars as possible and if the lot is full only a few places by other cars go somewhere else. I do most of my shopping at places like walmart in the middle of the night and still park at the far end of the lot and move any shopping carts people have left out to the cart isles.

+1, I have quite a few dings in a rear quarter. OP, let me know how the compressed air and heat gun works.
