The tuner is what you need but it's pretty silly IMO to get a tuner just to adjust your speedometer. Adding 20-25 RWHP with a Brenspeed or AM tune is worth every penny.

A company in Australia makes a product called "yellow box" that sells for $100. The box re-calibrates the signal to correct speedo problems. It can adjust down to 1/4 percent for accuracy.
I am using it on my Cobra.
