Early Father's Day gift!!!
Well my wife has to be one of the best ones!!! Not only has she put up with me for 14 + years, but she has supported me in my car madness!
She has done it again. She asked me to pass by Best Buy to pick something up she had pre-paid & what do I get to my surprise.....
A JVC (KW-NT300) Head Unit!!!!! It has built in GPS + Pandora + bluetooth sync + radio + all the gadgets that I do not even know what they do....LOL. She had it all set up & they were waiting on me to install!!! The instruction manual is about 300 pages.....hell I could probably launch rockets from it.....LOL

How hard was it to install? Did the speakers just connect ok? Very nice radio Vader.
My daugher lives 3 miles away and I see her once every 3 months for an hour.

From what I could tell (Best Buy instaled it) was not hard at all. It took them about an 1hr & 15 minutes. From what I could tell they used a face plate kit, harness, & misc small parts.

Kput I can give you more info when I read the manual. I am not the best with techy items, so I do have a learning curve. This is what I have used so far:
1. Radio, preset my favorite stations.
2. Front input (IPod). I need to get the JVC specific Ipod cable, so I can control thru the radio & not the ipod.
3. I sync my cell phone to the radio (AWESOME feature). Now I can answer & make phone calls thru the radio. Hands free baby!!!
4. I changed the display color to match my "my colors" in my car.
5. Played a movie (w/parking break on). Unfortunately Best Buy hooks it up with the safety feature that does not let you play a movie while the car is moving. I need to do some research on "how to" override this safety thing.
6. Used the Nav, pretty cool.
Like I said, I'm sure it does a TON more, but I just need to read more, got it installed about 4 hrs ago.
